vAT - Visit Reporting
Visit reporting, which enables the sales representative to report their daily activities, the visits they realize with the desired detail level, enables monitoring the realization of the planned activities and evaluation of their results.

By means of this web-based application, all sales representatives are able to report the visits they realize within the day online via web. The visit report includes the data such as the visits realized, the products promoted and the promotion materials used, and it can be prepared quickly by means of the daily visit plan. When reporting the visits realized but not planned in a similar fashion; leaves of excuse and assignments are also monitored on the system.

As a result, owing to the visit information entered by the sales representatives in maximum two days; daily, weekly and monthly field studies can be monitored by the managers with different perspectives, and the planned studies and their realizations can be measured as integrated with IMS sales data.
